Thomas of discrimination by trying to stop a member of staff going
parttime after maternity leave. Mr Myers said Mr Thomas told him women

Mr Myers, claiming unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and
breach of contract, was head of HR at BBC Studios and Post Production,
